Yes we are still open and operational! Given the current events unfolding, we are taking all precautions possible during these trying times. You may notice a slight delay in our normal processing and response times, due to the precautions now in place for our workers, and your safety.

Please know that we are doing our best to keep things moving along, and have orders out as soon as possible. Our processing and distribution centers are currently closed on the weekends. Any payments received over the weekend, or orders completed by bitcoin, will not finish processing until we re-open on Mondays.

Our customer service team is still available to assist you Monday – Friday 7am (PDT) to 5pm (PDT). We are seeing a higher than average amount of emails and phone calls so please be patient, if we are not able to assist you immediately.
